There is officially 7 days until my birthday and I still would like to lose a couple extra pounds.&lt;br /&gt;
 &lt;br /&gt;
I&#039;m trying my hardest but my biggest problem is - &lt;b&gt;I&#039;M ALWAYS HUNGRY!!!!!!&lt;/b&gt; No matter how much fruit or complex carbs and fiber I eat, I&#039;m hungry again in 2 hours! I&#039;m choosing all the right foods, and portions but grrrr it&#039;s like my stomach won&#039;t shut up.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Do any of you have this problem? &lt;/i&gt;If so, enlighten me, how do you control yourself from eating every time your stomach tries to convince you it&#039;s starving?!&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>How&#039;s that challenge coming?</title>

&lt;b&gt;HOWEVER &lt;/b&gt;considering my birthday is in 2 weeks, I am now shooting for a 2 week challenge. Unfortunately, I was unable to hit the gym today, but, I am running a half-marathon on Sunday! (Wish me luck!)&lt;br /&gt;
Challenge (technically) begins today, yet, due to the long weekend - we&#039;ll be on schedule by Monday! Please join me, I promise I won&#039;t let you down this time!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Here&#039;s my food for the day:&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span&gt;9:20am Hunger Level (HL) 4 (out of 5)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2/3 cup Activia vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup homemade granola and 3/4 cup sliced strawberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coffee&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;10am&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Green tea&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;1pm HL 3-4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Green tea&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 cup greens, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 roma tomato and 1/4 cucumber&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3/4 tblspn dijon mustard, 1/2 tblspn EVOO, 1/4 tblspn balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tblspn honey&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 cups cooked edamame&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;3:30pm&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tall nonfat sugarfree vanilla chai latte from Starbucks&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;4:45pm HL 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Kashi granola bar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;6:20pm HL 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Homemade enchiladas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;8:30pm HL 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I have two motivators: 1) complete the Royal Victoria half marathon on October 11th and 2) look great for my birthday!&lt;br /&gt;
