I realize I have completely failed, my 6lbs in 6 weeks challenge has backfired.
HOWEVER considering my birthday is in 2 weeks, I am now shooting for a 2 week challenge. Unfortunately, I was unable to hit the gym today, but, I am running a half-marathon on Sunday! (Wish me luck!)
Challenge (technically) begins today, yet, due to the long weekend - we'll be on schedule by Monday! Please join me, I promise I won't let you down this time!
Here's my food for the day:
9:20am Hunger Level (HL) 4 (out of 5)

  • 2/3 cup Activia vanilla yogurt with 1/2 cup homemade granola and 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • Coffee

10am

  • Green tea

1pm HL 3-4

  • Green tea
  • 1 1/2 cup greens, 1/4 avocado, 1/4 roma tomato and 1/4 cucumber
  • 3/4 tblspn dijon mustard, 1/2 tblspn EVOO, 1/4 tblspn balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tblspn honey
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked edamame

3:30pm

  • Tall nonfat sugarfree vanilla chai latte from Starbucks

4:45pm HL 3

  • Kashi granola bar

6:20pm HL 4

  • Homemade enchiladas

8:30pm HL 3

  • VitaTop
